Our Youth Auxiliaries are organized groups of youth sponsored by the National Organization of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., for the purpose of encouraging, assisting and training youth in the educational, refinement and cultural process through specifically designed programs and activities; and to incorporate a group of adults to assist, promote and be supportive of the programs and goals of the organization.

November 2020 through November 2021, our fearless youth advisor, Carolyn Stuckey, and Assistant Youth Advisor, Dr. Marinda Kathryn Harrell-Levy, have committed to an ambitious plan to rebuild our youth council with key and unique elements meant to meet the needs of our current, tumultuous time.
Specifically, Dr. Marinda (an executive board member for the NAACP and an adolescent development researcher and professor at a top 50 university) is actively recruiting new youth who want to learn and practice social justice principles.
Dr. Marinda is committed to programming and mentorship that will help our youth auxiliary members (Rosebuds, Phi-Teens, Junior Cavaliers, and Cavaliers) have significant youth leadership opportunities now, not later.
Stuckey and Harrell-Levy believe the goals of a good youth advisor are to inspire, guide, motivate, and get out of the way. That's the second part of the plan. The first part is getting the world out about this incredible opportunity and getting youth connected so they actually can effect change.
